This remote will work on all sky Q devices

Pair your remote

All Sky Q boxes are compatible with Voice Control. To use Voice Control, your Sky Q box must
be connected to the broadband and your remote must be paired to your Sky Q box.
Only one remote can be paired at a time, so make sure you disconnect any old remotes before
pairing a new one. To do this, hold down 7 and 9 on your old remote until its light flashes 4 times.
To pair your remote:

Hold down 1 and 3 together

Select Continue and enter the brand of the TV

Select Find it for me

Press the volume buttons on your Sky Q remote and see if this changes the volume on your TV.
No luck? Select No, try another until you find the right setting.
Still not working? Hold down 7 and 9 until the remote’s light flashes 4 times to factory reset your
remote and try the steps again.
