Complaints can be made through the form on the Contact page, giving the order number or number of defective goods. You can also notify us by regular mail.
Telephone complaints will not be accepted.
The customer has the right to return defective goods up to 14 days from the date of purchase at their own expense. The Customer shall also cover the costs of sending back to him the repaired or replaced goods.
Complaints are processed within 30 (thirty) days.
In case of returning the goods for reasons beyond the seller’s control, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the administration costs from the order value.
